Hi Team

Requirement - If an employee has a skill added and approved by Line Manager, depending on the skill and level the paycheck for employee paycheck should be updated with that amount.

We are thinking of creating compensation plan. Below are the steps, we have in mind. Please suggest if we have any other better option or any improvisation on these steps.

Step1 - Updating UDT with the details of skills, levels and corresponding amount.

Step2 - Creating FF to fetch the skills and levels in workforce comp plan

Step3 - Creating FF to fetch the UDT based on skills and levels
