Life Events and Open Enrollment
What is the best method for managing life events that occur during open enrollment? I have seen you should turn the 'person changes' off at the Life Event configuration.
Also, how to manage a new hire during open enrollment. The new hire LE will give them access to benefits asap, and the open enrollment allows them to make changes for the next year. Should this be an exception that the Ben Admin has to walk through with all new hires in this situation? Meaning, there is no way to have the new hire LE remain open, allow the employee to enroll, then automatically open the open enrollment for the remainder of the open enrollment period.
