Update customer contact in bulk

We are setting up advance collections for 1st time .

As per the steps for setting up dunning configuration we have to setup contact and email address at Account and site level along with address purpose and contact responsibility .

We need help with create customer contact, email and assigning address purpose and contact responsibility in bulk

Can you please advise how to update this in bulk? We have more than 5000+ customers for a few of our entities
