Is there a way to look forward to see if a person turns 55 for set up during open enrollment?

Summary: Wanting to be able to look forward to see if persons age changes allowing for higher contribution amounts

Content (required): The IRS allows for individuals to contribute more to pretax FSA if the person is over 55. We want to have the open enrollment life event look ahead for the benefit year so that he person will have the entire year to spread out the deductions vs just after they actually turn 55.
