To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Vanity Email, Alias and Url

Summary:

How these three options are displayed and how they actually work

Content (required):

Dear Colleagues,

I have read the product documentation and I see that you can request the Vanity URL/Email feature in Controlled Availability in 21C.

Instead of the vanity email you can use an alias (Display Name field), for which you don't need to configure the SPF.

In the case of the vanity email I imagine that the communication to the candidate arrives as careers@CUSTOMERNAME.com.

If the alias is used instead the result would be CUSTOMER ALIAS + <career site URL>. Could someone confirm if this is correct?

Howdy, Stranger!
