The open enrollment countdown was correct when it was counting down the remaining days to make elections but once it got down to the final day the countdown reflects 23 hours ALL day.

Does anyone know how to correct the hours countdown to countdown with the correct hours available throughout the day and not remain stuck at 23 hours all day which is not correct?

The setup I currently have is = Setup & Maintenance - gray task box Search - ManageAdminstrator Profile Values - FND_TIMEZONE = US Eastern Time, SVC_DBSERVER_TIMEZONE = US Eastern Time, FND_SERVER_TIMEZONE = +00:00 (field cannot be edited)
