Report to extract Standard text sent through Rule response by system

We have a requirement to extract all the standard text with names that are being sent by the system through rules. We tried but did not find a way to join transaction/thread table with std_content table.

We were able to join std_content to user_trans table but in that unable to find standard text triggered from system.
