To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

For more information, please refer to this announcement explaining best practices for getting answers to questions.

Hello everybody,

We needed to create some Extensible Flexfields for a few items. Two of the categories/items that we needed to create were "Province" with a drop-down list providing the provinces in the US and CANADA, and a few questions that required the "YES/NO" response.

In order to manage the above requirements, we first created a common lookup with the appropriate responses for the above categories (in the attached screenshot you can see the example of the "Province" common lookup), and after that we created the value set accordingly to the common lookup (example of "Province" value set).

Howdy, Stranger!
