Summary: Is it possible to make a rate change using a future effective date using the integrated workbook? I am in the test environment and want to make a rate change on our long term disability for 1/1/22 but can't seem to do so.


Content (required):

I am trying to use the integrated workbook to update the long term disability rate from one rate to another. My goal is to update this change effective for 1/1/22 but when I submit the change, the system is informing me that the Changes are effective today, 10/19/2021 (image below). I attempted to update the Effective Start Date cell in the workbook as well but am still receiving the same message. I proceeded and successfully uploaded the rate change multiple times but it is always showing the 10/19/21 effective start date. Is it possible to make future dated changes using
