Vacation Sell hours are disappearing in Submission Page

Selling Hours are Disappearing in the Page

Content (required):

We have Selling time off event going with OE. For some employees i have observed that hours are disappearing when the employees goes to the submission page. It should show the employee current absence hours when they click on edit, it is not happening for few employees. Anybody have similar issues or have any solution?
