Hide 'Employee Ratings & Comments' in the Overall Summary, but keep Manager Ratings & Comments

In the Provide Final Feedback task, the customer wants to hide the 'Employee Rating' and 'Employee Comments' from the Overall Performance Summary section, but keep the Manager Ratings and Comments. We were able to hide them via page composer, however, the customization impacted other sections, like the Evaluation Topics.

Is there any possible way to hide them in the Provide Final Feedback (employee) task?
