EL expression : How to make Rating optional in summary section

Summary:

We did below EL expression to enable * sign in Rating in GOAL, Competencies section , but when we did it is applying in all three sections ( goals, competencies and overall summary). We want to remove this sign from Summary section of Goal, Competency and Overall summary section.

Is it possible to do that, for now it is all or none.

from Functionality point we can do that configuration under goal/competencies section but we want * sign optional for overall summary and summary section of goals/competencies.
