Hide "Delete" Action from Managers in the Performance Document

Is it possible to hide the "Delete" action from Managers in the Performance Document?

In the current system functionality, managers are able to cancel then delete the performance document of their direct reports.

Is there a way to hide the "Delete" option from the managers? This is to prevent the line managers to delete documents of their direct reports.

We looked for it in the Design Studio and Page Composer, however, we can't locate it.
