Supplemental Data drill though not accessible

Summary:

Data is posted through Supplemental data task but drill through does not appear in the form.

Supplemental Data is posted but then the supplemental data drill through option is not accessible in the form. Accounts are shared members and the drill option has been enabled through the Forms editor.

Any idea why this is not working or where to look at?
