We have scheduled the batch process 'Reevaluate Designee Eligibility' to run every night and it is triggering 'Loss of Eligibility' life event as expected.

However, when there is a life event in started status (we have many life events with 30 day enrolment window), the batch does not trigger 'loss of eligibility' and I see the below error in the log.

"You can't process this person's life event at this time because there is another life event that has an enrollment window in progress.". Error code message : BEN_91797_PTNL_AFTER_ACTIVE

Could you please share an approach to handle this or any best practices?
