Candidate Survey doesn't work despite the ORC configuration

Dear we are implementing the recruiting module unfortunately several times we are facing issues liked to the notification

Content (required):

During the candidate selection process configuration, we enabled the candidate Survey in the Request Information Flow (External Candidate NotificationRequest Information Notification).

The notification should be sent only when the offer has been accepted.

Despite that, sometimes we receiving the notification, sometimes no.

Please note that all the necessary batch are scheduled.

Do you have any suggestion on that?
