Need to populate rejection reason while inspecting an item based on category

Summary:

The requirement is when item is received from 'Receive Expected Shipment', during inspection, as per item category respective reasons should be populated. So I have defined 2 descriptive flexfields namely category and rejection reason. So category is stored in manage values of descriptive flexfields and rejection reason will be dependent DFF on category. So e.g. if category is splitter then only 'Rejected' & 'Damaged' should be populated as rejection reasons. When category is 'Fiber Cable', rejection reasons should be 'Quantity less received' & 'Faulty' etc.
