Referral among external candidates

Is it possible to track referral activities among external candidates on ORC? The possible scenario is the following:

Candidate A applies for a job requisition on the ORC Career Site and his/her candidate profile is created; then, he/she finds a job on the same career site suitable for another candidate B and shares the link of the job to the second candidate, who starts the application process as well. Is it somehow possible to track this activity on ORC? The requirement for the customer in this case would be collecting the info that Candidate B has been referred by Candidate A.
