360 Feedback Using Oracle
We are having some challenges in building 360 feedback and wanted to get some feedback on how organizations are using Oracle for this business process.
Our requirements is that we want HR and Manager to control the 360 feedback and employees will not be engaged in the process. Employees will not be aware that feedbacks are being requested and they wouldn't see the response and the questions.
Using Anytime Feedback - Employees will see the questions in the dropdown. We cannot control the list.
Using Performance Management - it's a lot of clicks and maintenance.
Also, we want to select a participant and then select employees in the list to request feedback.
