Is List price on Local catalog requisition without BPA updatable?

In Requisition shop page, We setup content zone to allow users to shop for Items without BPA. List price on the Item is shown as the Line Price but this is not updatable. We are aware of the feature for BPA linked Items. Do we have similar feature for Non-BPA Items? If not is it in future pipeline?
