How to Import user defined seletion list elements in Onboarding Using TCC

Hello, Experts,

I am trying to user defined selection list elements but getitng the error " access denied ("com.taleo.akira.service.security.ServiceMethodPermission" "com.taleo.transition.service.entity.CustomSelectionElementImportService" "merge(com.taleo.akirax.customselection.entity.CustomSelectionElement,com.taleo.akira.error.ErrorHandler)");". I have all the required integration permissions and able to import Large selection lists(LUDS) but having issues only in importing UDS Elements in Onboarding. Attached is the script that I am uisng. Any insights how to upload or what is wrong in the script that I am using will be helpful. Thank you!
