How to setup enrollment/eligibility to offer enrollment window for pending workers
Summary: Benefit enrollment window prior to hire
Content (required): We are implementing Cloud benefits and currently onboarding is done via ORC. We have a requirement that pending workers need to be offered enrollment window to elect their benefits.
Candidate becomes a Pending Worked from the date they accept the offer until they are approved in the background checking. Once they are approved, they are converted to Future Dated Employee and HCM feeds payroll system with onboarding information.
They can start filling enrollment information from the moment they become a Pending Worked and should submit these information by 2BD prior to hire date (10 calendar days after hire date would be the hard deadline).
