Prevent the delegation or reassignment of Approval notifications

Summary:

Hi All, We have custom role security requirement, where i have to restrict the users from reassigning and delegation of approval notifications to other users. kindly guide me that it can be achievable or not , why because when i click on notification it opens in new tab as it related to middleware component as of my knowledge. So not sure it can be achieved by custom role or not? if yes kindly help me with any roles and privileges i have to look into.

Navigation is via Notifications -> Worklist -> Administrative Tasks -> Search
