As part of 360 evaluation, Employee as a participant would like to evaluate the Line Manager for the performance goals, competencies.

For example, if the Matrix manager considers as a participant role, then the Matrix manager would be automatically tagged with a Performance document for evaluation.

In the same way, if the Line Manager has direct reports, then direct reports as a participant should perform the same functionality.

Appreciate it if anyone already worked on this requirement.

We have a requirement to do 360 performance evaluation, Employee as a participant would like to evaluate the Line Manager for the performance goals, competencies. The attached screenshot shows the current functionality available for Matrix manager, Is any possible we can achieve this functionality for Direct report to evaluate for Line Manager.
