Payroll Relationship section access under global transer

Summary:

We have a requirement to provide access to attach Payroll relationships during the Global Transfer for multiple user roles in both Company and Divisional levels.

  1. Company Hiring Admin
  2. Division Hiring Admin
  3. Company Termination Admin
  4. Division Termination Admin

As per the configuration currently only the Hiring Admin is attached with Payroll relationship privileges

However, for the termination admin, only the company Termination admin can view the LOV for Payroll relationships while Divisional Termination can't view the LOV. But with the both termination roles are not attached with payroll relationship previlages

Both Company and Divisional Hiring admins can view LOV
