Assign Benefits to an Employee only after approval from Manager and Director
We have a requirement where an Employee is eligible for Fleet vehicle when he/she enters a particular Band.
However,there are two options, Company Car or reiumbursement. The car can be allocated only when the Fleet Manager approves the request based on their inventory. Then it should be approved by Line Manager and Director and then only the Employee is assigned to the Benefits. The Employee should also upload a document in order to claim reiumbursement.
They want this entire thing to be automated. Right from the trigger when the band changes/new hire to the approval until the Employee uploads the document and dont want any manual effort.
