What security policy or privilege does a user need to see workspace in OSC?

We have two custom roles created, one for admin and one for a non-admin user. The admin user is able to see 10 objects activated in workspace while the non-admin user sees only 5.

We have two custom roles created, one for admin and one for a non-admin user. The admin user is able to see 10 objects activated in workspace while the non-admin user sees only 5. I didn't setup these roles so I want to pinpoint which privilege gives the visibility to all objects in workspace for the admin role. I have an SR raised with Oracle but they're taking too much time to respond.
