Performance Document based on Grade step
We have a requirement wherein, review period for all the employees will be different. The evaluation will be on goals and competencies.
1. If employee start at step 1, they get a 6-month eval and move up a step (the 6-month mark will be the employee’s new annual eval date).
2. If employee start anywhere other than the first step, employee get a 6-month eval, then a 12-month eval – at which point employee are eligible for a step increase.
Eligibility - I can create using derive factor and fast formula to assign the document although I am unable to understand how to setup the review period to address 6 month and 12 months review period unique for all employees.
