Summary: 21D Feature Substitute Performance Doc Evaluators is not working

Content (required): I am trying to test the new feature that was released in 21D, "Substitute Performance Document Evaluators", but i'm not seeing where I can actually make edits to the performance document. It still appears to be in read-only mode.

I had the following privileges assigned as well in order to enable this feature:

ORA_HRA_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENT_AS_WORKER

ORA_HRA_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENT_AS_MANAGER

Has anyone had any success using this?

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 21D
