Summary:

UCSD uses aged dunning, one for each stage (Soft, Medium, Hard, Final) and is in the process of implementing the 21B feature “ENHANCED MESSAGE CONTENT FOR DUNNING LETTERS DELIVERED USING EMAIL”.

While testing, we successfully triggered one dunning Letter (final) for a specific customer in a non-PROD environment, but are running into issues with testing the other stages. When we tried to trigger dunning letters for Customers with existing outstanding invoices, the scheduled process returned an error “A dunning letter is not generated because there are no valid transactions to be included in the dunning letter”.
