Improve Style Customization in Latest Authoring Editor

Description (Required):

The latest authoring editor has the ability to configure styles in Manage Knowledge Authoring Rich Text Editor. This is a great feature and is a requirement for us. However, the implementation needs more flexibility

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have configured several object, block and inline styles. Looking at the source, we see that the actual styles are embedded within the source for the article, as styles on the tag.

This means that if we change a style, the changes are not reflected in existing articles. This is a severe limitation with this implementation. It means that many existing articles will need to be edited to pick up any new styles.
