I want to request for an extension of my free Cloud tier for another month which ends on7 December

Summary: I have been requesting since 30 November on my Live Agent Chat for an extension of my free Cloud tier for another month, as currently I have only 3 days left in my current free tier account. And I have completed only 45% of the course. The agents kept saying that Oracle team will extend my account period for sure. But on today's live agent chat a few minutes ago, the agent said "The sales team would contact you over an email if they are willing to extend your trial period" Can someone please help me
