How to troubleshoot new hire not seeing onboarding checklists tasks in Oracle?

Hello,
We have a new hire who is not receiving their Onboarding checklist tasks in Oracle and cannot access them. So far I've verified that her work email is populated and she was converted from a pending worker into an employee with the auto-provisioned roles.
In Transaction Console it verifies that the checklists were generated for this employee and they did not send to the personal email.
Can someone please advise why this could be occurring or any other troubleshooting tips?
