Auto Reject - Purchase Requisition.

Summary:

Hi Experts ,

As per out requirement we dont want to club purchase requisition lines with project information and without project information.

Scenario ,

Line 1 has Project information (Project number ,task etc ..)

Line 2 has no Project information

Then it should auto reject. Can someone advise how to write the rules .
