User value option missing in coverage determination rule
Summary:
I am trying to create a list of values a user will choose from when adding a pre-paid legal plan to their benefits. The user has to choose the plan and also choose which Law Firm they will be using.
It appears you can do this using User Values Rate and Coverage User Values. I created the rate. However, there is NO User Value option in the determination rule options for Coverage:
There is a User Value rate option in the variable coverage set up:
So I tried to create a variable coverage using the list created. Which works:
