We currently have 2 Incidents Worskpaces and also we previously configured 2 Outgoing Mailboxes.

What is important for our company it's to have a specific Outgoing or Sender Profiles for each one of the specific Workspaces, how can this be configure? Or there is a way to create a business?

Or a way to choose the email address directly in the Respond Space of the Workspace, from which you want to send the email or reply to the incident directly from each workspace?
