We are using position hierarchy for requisition approval.

  1. if a requisition is assigned to a person, at times when I search under that person name in BPM worklist, it is not reflected because it is assigned to the person position, therefore I will have to search for the Req# to see who it is with. Is there an option to search by position? See screenshot below.

2 Can a rule be set to delegate approval from one position to the next in the approval hierarchy.
