Eligible employee cannot see the Performance Document

Summary:

We have one employee who cannot see their current Performance Document for review period 2022.

However they can see their old performance documents from previous years, 2021 and 2020.

They can see their Goals ok.

Content (required):

I have checked Eligibility and they are "Eligible". I cannot Create performance documents since their employee number cannot be found in the search.

I have tried to process eligibility again and it has not worked.

I cannot Create, Restore or Reopen for this employee.
