Enrollment Change code of 'Change option not plan' not working when there is a waive plan
Summary: Life eve
Content (required): Life event electability rule 'Enrollment Change' is configured as 'Change option not plan'. The requirement is that employee can only change the option but not the plan with this life event. This plan type has 4 plans including a waive plan.
However, the behaviour observed is that employee is able to change plans and options with the life event.
My expectation while using the 'Enrollment Change' code of 'Change option not plan' is that employee will be offered only the currently enrolled plan and all eligible options within as electability.
Is this a known issue? How do i work around this with delivered codes or custom enrollment fast formula
