End date ship to customer using manage customer screen instead Customer Data Management

Summary:

Currently the ship to customer site can only be end dated using customer data steward role and go to Customer Data Management->organisation to deactivate the ship to site. Is there anyway if Oracle can provide the functionality to end date the ship to customer in Manage customer screen in Receivables at the customer site level?
