Colleges Missing from Dropdown on Application

@Heather Hagedorn- Cloud HCM-Oracle I see this was an idea that was archived due to low interest (see below), however this is vitally important for applicants to be able to populate their application accurately. Any thoughts on this one?

Hi,
Many colleges and degrees are not present in the degree and school list of values in ORC. Candidate has no choice but to select from the LOV's. This is eventually causing the candidate to select incorrect details to fill the application.
A Content Item with “Other” in the List of Values would help and when “Other” is clicked then a dependent text field should display enabling the candidate to provide their “Other Degree”.
