Rejection Reason Mandatory does not work for E-Mail Notification
We have set the Rejection Reason for PO to be mandatory. This works in the bell-icon notification but how is this managed when rejecting through e-mail notifications?
A recent request by our client was to make the rejection reason for PO's mandatory, just like we already did for Purchase Requisitions.
This works fine when a user logs in and goes to the notification by clicking on the bell-icon or his/her worklist.
However I am curious if this will also be applied when rejecting from the e-mail notification that they receive.
I did a little test and a reject from e-mail was registered without any problem but without a reason/comment. PO was rejected in the system.
