Performance Document View only access to approver

View only access with Performance Document approver (only for specific type of Performance Evaluation)

Hello Experts,

Our client has requirement that for each new hire, probation evaluation to be submitted by Line Manager.

Based on the overall rating, the approval flow needs to be triggered required person. and each approver should have access to view the feedback provided by Line Manager.

can someone please suggest how we can achieve this requirement?

P.S: New to Performance Management..
