We have an incident/email contact report that runs on a date range, filters out all null (contact with no email addresses) and groups duplicates (using group concat on Contact ID).

There is an internal contact email that needs to be included on the report for uploading to another system later. This contact does not have any incidents in OSC.

Is there a way to have this email added to the results when the report runs?
