How to assign two different template for two different corporate program for the same business unit

Content (required):

Client has two credit card program with the same card issuer. One for Travel purpose and another for general use. These two cards have different approval limits and so have created two templates.

The credit Card upload process pickup the default template and assigns the card expense type.
