Is it possible to show both pre and post calibrated rating in performance document?

Showing both pre-calibrated and post-calibrated rating in performance documents
Content (required):
We want to show the ratings finalized during the calibration process into the performance document. I know the outcome of the calibration would flow back into the performance document and would be shown as manager rating. For ex: per the rating scale if the manager rated the employee a Top Performer and the calibration team decides that he is a Key Performer, so the manager's rating would be updated to Key Performer in the performance document once the calibration process has been completed. However, client's requirement is that it should show
