Is it possible to show both pre and post calibrated rating in performance document?

We want to show the ratings finalized during the calibration process into the performance document. I know the outcome of the calibration would flow back into the performance document and would be shown as manager rating. For ex: per the rating scale if the manager rated the employee a Top Performer and the calibration team decides that he is a Key Performer, so the manager's rating would be updated to Key Performer in the performance document once the calibration process has been completed.
