How to modify the Audit Log Report

Within the contacts workspace, we have at the bottom a few tabs , the last one is The Audit Log Tab, if you change a standard field value the information changed automatically, but we noticed that if we changed a custom field value the information in the description section didn't change.

Content (required):

We are having some issues because in specific the Estatus field when it is modified in the console, the change from the previous Status to the new one is not seen in the Audit Log section.

Where can we modify this? since in the Description it should appear ...changed to ...and the new status.
