DFF issue under the goal page

Hi Team,
I need quick help, we have added 2 DFF in goal page and we configure the approval value,
Example: we have change the Description which delivered by Oracle If we change the description and Face 2 face meeting which is our DFF manager is getting the notification both description changes and F2F.
but If we made the changes only DFF it's going to auto approve which is should not be a case
