Is there an Audit Log of User that Deletes Import Journal File in Error

Summary: Journal Files are imported from external systems. If the File is unbalanced, or has some other error, it goes to Journals with Import Errors. If this file is then subsequently deleted using the Delete Journal Import Data ESS Job, is there a log of which user deleted the file? I know I can look at the ESS Log for when the job is run, but this will get purged over time.

Journal Import Files being deleted. If a user purposely, or inadvertently, deletes an a file in error, is it being Audited anywhere?
