Decryption of MasterCard corporate card files

Summary:

Hello, I am receiving the following error after clicking "Test Connection" on the Corporate Card Program transfer parameters:

"The file can't be decrypted. You must remove the PGP key if the file isn't encrypted or encrypt the file again with the correct PGP key. (EXM-630701).

Content (required):

The upload and validate corporate card transactions process fails to import corporate card files. I have confirmed with MasterCard that these files contain records. We are sending them to the client SFTP and pulling down from there to Oracle.

When testing, we are receiving the below error, we have provided the PGP public key to MasterCard and they confirmed they are using it to encrypt data.
